As of December 6 th 2024, the Hazel Dell Smiles located at 10009 NE Hazel Dell Ave. Vancouver WA 98685 has been merged with Sleep Dentistry of Vancouver-West. As part of this transition:

Patient Records: All patient records for this location have been securely transferred to Sleep Dentistry of Vancouver-West, so your care history remains complete and accessible

Same Quality Care: You’ll receive the same personalized treatment you’ve
experienced with Smiles Dental.

Staff: The team you know and trust from Smiles Hazel Dell have joined Sleep
Dentistry’s West Vancouver location and will continue to serve patients there.

Location: The new location is just 1.3 miles away from the prior Smiles practice,
between the UPS Store and the Fred Meyer gas station on Hwy 99.
